These terms apply to the CET Saathi app and website at app.cetsaathi.com, run by Team CETSaathi. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
ये नियम app.cetsaathi.com पर चलने वाले CET Saathi ऐप और वेबसाइट पर लागू होते हैं, जिसे Team CETSaathi चलाती है। अकाउंट बनाकर या ऐप इस्तेमाल करके आप इन नियमों को मानते हैं।
2. Our serviceहमारी सेवा
CET Saathi gives online mock tests, results, ranks and view-only visual notes to help you prepare for the Rajasthan CET exam. Some tests and notes are free; others need a paid plan.
CET Saathi, Rajasthan CET की तैयारी के लिए ऑनलाइन मॉक टेस्ट, रिज़ल्ट, रैंक और केवल-पढ़ने वाले विज़ुअल नोट्स देता है। कुछ टेस्ट और नोट्स फ़्री हैं, बाकी के लिए पेड प्लान चाहिए।
3. Your accountआपका अकाउंट
- Use your own name, mobile number and district.
- Keep your 4-digit PIN secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account is for one student. The account works on one device at a time; sharing it with others is not allowed.
- अपना सही नाम, मोबाइल नंबर और जिला डालें।
- अपना 4 अंकों का PIN किसी को न बताएँ। आपके अकाउंट पर होने वाली गतिविधि आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है।
- एक अकाउंट एक student के लिए है। अकाउंट एक समय पर एक ही फ़ोन पर चलता है; इसे दूसरों के साथ शेयर करना मना है।
4. Paid plansपेड प्लान
- Plans (Tests, Notes, Combo, Question Bank) are a one-time payment made through Razorpay. There is no auto-renewal.
- A plan unlocks the content of that plan inside the app for the validity shown at the time of purchase.
- Prices and offers can change, but a change never affects a plan you have already bought.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
- प्लान (टेस्ट, नोट्स, कॉम्बो, प्रश्न बैंक) का Razorpay से एक बार पेमेंट होता है। कोई ऑटो-रिन्यू नहीं है।
- प्लान लेने पर उस प्लान का कंटेंट ऐप में, खरीदते समय बताई गई अवधि तक खुला रहता है।
- कीमतें और ऑफ़र बदल सकते हैं, पर इसका असर पहले से खरीदे गए प्लान पर नहीं पड़ता।
- रिफ़ंड हमारी रिफ़ंड पॉलिसी के अनुसार होगा।
5. Our contentहमारा कंटेंट
All questions, solutions, notes and designs belong to CETSaathi. They are for your personal study only. You may not copy, screenshot for sharing, record, sell, upload elsewhere or share them in groups. Notes carry your name and number as a watermark.
सभी प्रश्न, हल, नोट्स और डिज़ाइन CETSaathi के हैं और सिर्फ़ आपकी निजी पढ़ाई के लिए हैं। इन्हें कॉपी करना, शेयर करने के लिए स्क्रीनशॉट लेना, रिकॉर्ड करना, बेचना, कहीं और अपलोड करना या ग्रुप में भेजना मना है। नोट्स पर आपका नाम और नंबर वॉटरमार्क के रूप में रहता है।
6. Misuseगलत इस्तेमाल
If an account shares or sells our content, uses someone else's details, or tries to break or misuse the app, we may block that account without a refund.
अगर कोई अकाउंट हमारा कंटेंट शेयर करता या बेचता है, किसी और की जानकारी इस्तेमाल करता है, या ऐप को तोड़ने या गलत इस्तेमाल की कोशिश करता है, तो हम बिना रिफ़ंड के उस अकाउंट को ब्लॉक कर सकते हैं।
7. Results and examरिज़ल्ट और परीक्षा
Scores, ranks and certificates in the app are for practice only. We work hard to keep the content correct and up to date, but we do not promise any result in the real exam. CET Saathi is an independent platform and is not connected with RSMSSB or any government body. Always check official notices on the official website.
ऐप के स्कोर, रैंक और सर्टिफ़िकेट सिर्फ़ अभ्यास के लिए हैं। हम कंटेंट को सही और नया रखने की पूरी कोशिश करते हैं, पर असली परीक्षा के रिज़ल्ट की कोई गारंटी नहीं देते। CET Saathi एक स्वतंत्र प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है; इसका RSMSSB या किसी सरकारी संस्था से संबंध नहीं है। आधिकारिक सूचनाएँ हमेशा आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर ही देखें।
8. Disclaimerअस्वीकरण
Full care has been taken while preparing CET Saathi's notes, tests and question bank. Still, if any error or shortfall remains in them, the author, publisher, editor or seller will not be responsible for it. You buy this content accepting these terms. If you find a mistake, please tell us (in the question bank use the 🚩 button) — we will check and correct it.
CET Saathi के नोट्स, टेस्ट और प्रश्न बैंक को तैयार करने में पूरी सावधानी बरती गई है, फिर भी यदि इनमें किसी प्रकार की त्रुटि या कमी रह जाती है, तो उसके लिए लेखक, प्रकाशक, संपादक या विक्रेता ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होंगे। आप इन शर्तों को मानते हुए ही यह सामग्री खरीद रहे हैं। कोई गलती दिखे तो हमें ज़रूर बताएँ (प्रश्न बैंक में 🚩 बटन से) — हम जाँचकर ठीक करेंगे।

We may improve, change or pause parts of the app for updates or maintenance. We may update these terms; the new version will be posted on this page.
अपडेट या मेंटेनेंस के लिए हम ऐप के कुछ हिस्सों में सुधार, बदलाव या कुछ समय के लिए रोक कर सकते हैं। ये नियम भी अपडेट हो सकते हैं; नया वर्ज़न इसी पेज पर दिखेगा।
